What matters most to today’s buyers? Private lifts, secure parking, home automation, Italian wardrobes, German kitchens, and branded fittings like Gessi or Schüco. Even terraces and balconies are seen as extensions of indoor living, not just open areas.
Buyers have come to expect these as standard, not extras. Builders have started including many of them, but in some cases compromises are still visible. For long-term value, both sides should understand that design, technology, and branded finishes are as important as land size.
