Grey Beard operates with a core team of around ten people. There are no junior staff handling senior deals, no hand-offs mid-transaction, and no situations where a client ends up speaking to someone who does not know the deal.
Senior professionals lead deal execution. They are supported by dedicated teams for site visits and field work, and by assistants who ensure the client experience is smooth at every stage — from first enquiry to registry.
Documentation and deal finalisation are handled by a separate team whose sole focus is accuracy — agreements, sale deeds, TDS filings, registry coordination. They do not add complexity to transactions; they remove it.

Site visits & field work
A dedicated senior team manages all property viewings and assessments. They know the market on the ground — not from listings, but from being in South Delhi every day. Their assistants ensure every client visit is well-organised and informative.
Documentation & compliance
A separate team handles all paperwork — agreements to sell, sale deeds, TDS calculations and filings, registry coordination, title and mortgage checks. Accuracy is the only standard. Deals do not slip here.
