We collect the information you choose to provide when you contact us through an enquiry form, request a valuation, or open a gated research resource. This may include your name, phone number, email address, what you asked for, the resource requested, the choices you make in the form, and the date of submission.
This site uses Meta, Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn tracking to measure visits and show our content to people who have visited the site. Meta conversion measurement may use the browser and our server to send matching pseudonymised PageView and successful-enquiry events. Visitors in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are asked for consent first.
We use this information to answer your enquiry, provide the resource you requested, and, where relevant, assist with a property transaction. We send market-research updates only to people who have actively selected that option. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
Where tracking is enabled, successful enquiry measurement may send Meta a pseudonymised hash of the email address and international-format phone number you provide, solely to measure the enquiry against advertising performance. Plain email addresses and phone numbers are not sent in that measurement event.
Your contact details may be shared with our team members who are directly involved in handling your enquiry. They are bound by the same confidentiality obligations.
Contact submissions are held in Grey Beard's own lead systems so that the team can answer enquiries, provide requested resources, and keep the tick-box choices you made. The record may contain your name, number, email, enquiry or resource, tick-box choices, and submission date. Enquiries are also delivered to our email system via Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service, while the new lead handoff is being introduced. Web3Forms processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We retain records only for as long as they are relevant to an ongoing or potential transaction, a requested research update, or a reasonable follow-up period, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to ask for your record to be deleted. To make any such request, please write to us at info@greybeard.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.
