Plot sizes are varied: 500 sq yd plots exist only along one main road; the 350 sq yd plots are clustered along the stretch running from Chirag Delhi towards Defence Colony; 200, 258, and 265 sq yd plots make up much of the rest. Some internal roads are notably wider than others and command real premiums. Business owners, professionals, lawyers, doctors, and families make up the core buyer pool.
