The dominant plot size is 500 sq yd. A smaller number of 1,000 sq yd plots exist, but most of these face Savitri Nagar — a location considered less desirable — and are priced significantly lower than the park-facing interior plots. The majority of houses face a park, which is unusual even by South Delhi standards.

Supply is extremely limited. Most park-facing houses rarely come to market, and when they do, they sell quickly. The colony is almost entirely self-user — buyers here are not investing for yield; they are buying to live.

Important: a number of houses in Sadhna Enclave fall under Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) restrictions. These properties cannot be demolished and rebuilt.
